Vintage Sword & Shield 10” carbon steel chef knife made in Solingen Germany around the 1960’s.
This knife has the old hand forged after drop forged and hand ground construction with a solid wood handle. Blade has been sharpened in some and has a few waves in the edge, it will be noticable on precise fine work but not on bigger jobs. Handle is nice and secure with no cracks.
Blade has not been sharpened, please request sharpening if desired, keep in mind the bevel will not be super even as blade has small waves in it.
