These are from old unused stock made in Theirs, France from approximately the 1960‘s to 80’s. They are quite bizarre as the spatula is a massive 19.5×3.5″ fitted to a small 4.75″ handle. No idea what the intended application was for these.
Even though this is stainless, please, no dishwasher or soaking.
