This is excellent grade green tea from Uji, Japan, where it is widely known to produce the highest quality tea in Japan.
The powder form allows one to quickly prepare a cup of green tea, without having to use (or clean!) a tea pot. Easily dissolves into cold or hot water.
Directions: The amount of powder you use if up to individual preference, however standard is about 1 teaspoon for 1 cup of water. Mix with a whisk, chopsticks or fork!
